You always have to begin somewhere. It might as well begin with you!

Good morning, my friends.
Pour yourself a cup of coffee and sit with me for a few minutes.

Sometimes we convince ourselves that before we can move forward, everything has to be settled.
The house needs to be in order. The worries need to disappear. Yesterday’s problems need to be resolved, and tomorrow needs to make a little more sense.
Life rarely cooperates that neatly.
Most new beginnings happen while something else is still unfinished. We learn to take the next step while carrying a few unanswered questions with us.
Maybe that’s okay.
This morning doesn’t require you to have everything figured out. It only asks you to begin where you are—with the strength you have, the wisdom you’ve gained, and perhaps a warm cup of coffee in your hand.
Do one good thing. Say one kind word. Take one small step toward something that matters.
That is enough to get a day started.
You don’t need the whole road mapped out this morning. Just have faith enough to take the next step—the road will reveal itself as you go.
Until tomorrow, may your coffee stay warm, your memories stay close, and your hope stay strong.
